I took a punt with Papa Johns, Ilkeston road branch, I hadn’t ordered from them before. I ordered XXL pizzas for my Hospital School Music Festival and the service was excellent from initial phone call to see if it was even possible to fulfil such a big order for early lunch, right through to delivery. The pizzas were superb quality, the staff were knowledgeable, respectful and so friendly, I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much guys- I appreciate all your help and support. I highly recommend:))

I order pizza from this store frequently, although they usually deliver cold pizza and some times mess my order. I called a few times and requested to send hot pizza. But today again they delivered wrong pizza and it was too cold to eat. When I called them they were not at all felling sorry and told me to order from some other store. Worst experience.

Will avoid Papa Johns after this experience. . I was charged twice for my order. . I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came without pepperoni. . There was a long hair among the cheese on the pizza.It only misses out on a because I got a full refund (for both charges for the same order).
